McKinley Presbyterian Church & Foundation Window Restoration

Victorian Italianate Homestead Restoration
East Illinois *Landmark Heritage Award Winner* This farmhouse homestead has seen many changes since its construction in 1874. New Prairie worked closely with the architect and the homeowners to restore both exterior and interior portions of the house. Some of the house was also renovated, and two separate additions and a garage were added.
Queen Anne Wrap-Around Porch, Balcony, and Gables
*Heritage Award Winner* This 3-story Queen Anne was built in 1901 by James P. Kerr (1834-1918), a local mason and brickyard owner. It is listed as one of Urbana’s 100 Most Significant Buildings and received a Preservation and Conservation (PACA) Heritage Award in 2018.
