West Urbana, IL Light from the era-appropriate sconces and natural light from the window are reflected around this period bathroom by the large-format stone tiles, framed vanity mirror and shimmering glass mosaic wall tiles. All of this visual interest is beautifully balanced with moments of subtle trim details and quiet colors.

Urbana, IL The large sheets of plexiglass covering this room leaked, and the original windows were in disrepair.  A new roof was built, insulation upgraded, and new skylights installed.  The windows were replaced with architecturally compatible, wood units, and stained to match the trim.  Throughout this remodel, the bathtub and flooring were protected and preserved.
