Bathroom Remodel with Arched Alcove

Moving the vanity location away from the tub/shower area allowed for more countertop space in this Urbana bathroom remodel.  A new tub, toilet, floor and tub/shower surround material create a fresh, contemporary look.  Retaining the plaster arch in the bathing area was made possible by the use of small-format, decorative tiles laid on the face of the arch to follow the curve and echoed in the back of the tub/shower niche.
