Established, award-winning Residential and Light Commercial construction company seeks a skilled, experienced carpenter for full-time employment. Required: Project management experience, good communication skills, knowledge of and expertise with framing, trim, finish work, window/door/cabinet installation. Familiarity with systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), ability to lift 50lbs. and a valid driver’s license for transportation to and from work.
Preferred: Knowledge and expertise with tiling, roofing, and drywall/painting, Ability to read plans, knowledge of OSHA safety rules, regulations, and RRP certification.

Job Duties:
- Understanding customer requirements
- Responding to change orders
- Performing other trades (light electrical, tile and granite, etc.)
- Managing peers (dividing job tasks, working as a team)
- Managing and/or working with subcontractors
- Training apprentices and/or coworkers
- Recommending job improvements, alternative methods, etc. (problem solve)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
- Occasionally attend classes and/or workshops related to job duties

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour
Range provided to encompass a range of experience levels; If this range does not capture your desired salary, we still encourage you to apply. Compensation will be discussed at in-person interviews, ensuring transparency and alignment with the candidate’s experience and expectations. A formal offer after in-person interview will be mutually agreed upon.
