The house has a nice enclosed front porch.
In the back on the right, you can see where the ceiling paint is failing.
Because of the age of the porch, it was assumed that lead paint was present. Before demolition, everything was covered in thick plastic, and debris was disposed of according to EPA guidelines.
After the drywall was completed, caulk was applied at the joint between the new ceiling and the uneven walls. Once dry, the caulk was painted.
