Cork Flooring Kitchen


	Cork Flooring and Recycled Corian Countertops AFTER The highlight of this newly remodeled kitchen is the patterned cork flooring, which provides rich color and a soft, warm texture on which to walk. Cork is environmentally friendly and is available in a wide variety of patterns. Other unique features are the recycled Corian countertops and the extra sink in the island.

	BEFORE The old stove stuck out of the island awkwardly.
	AFTER The soffits have been removed to add height and can lighting has been added across the kitchen ceiling. New energy-efficient windows were installed.

	AFTER A new oak shelving unit and phone table extend the kitchen's usefulness. The door in the middle leads to the dining area.
